The target village of Bisheh tourism has a lodgimg house and a traditional restaurant near the waterfall. Due to the increasing number of tourists, most of the accommodation is done in the houses of the villagers. Recently, with the cooperation of the village council and also holding training courses to manage accommodation for tourists,  lodging house licenses have been issued for a number of rural houses. In the area around the waterfall, with the construction of picnic platforms, there are many spaces for setting up tents to accommodate tourists.

Most of the travelers enter the village by road and by their own vehicle. In recent years, with the construction of a public parking lot at the entrance of the village, parking services are provided around the clock by the council. Near the parking lot, restrooms, prayer rooms, and food stores and a pedestrian bridge have been provided for tourists to cross the Sezar River and watch the waterfall.

The local bazaar of the village, downstream of the railway station, is a good place to visit the village and communicate with the people and see the architecture of the village. All kinds of handicrafts, souvenirs, local dairy products, fresh fruits and essential needs of tourists are offered in the bazaar.

Bisheh Health House provides services to clients around the clock in various departments such as doctor's visit, pharmacy, cardiology and laboratory.

In Bisheh railway station, the local train provides services to the two destinations of Doroud and Andimeshk and vice versa. Also, in this station, travelers can use the north to south railway route and vice versa to reach their destination. There is a taxi station in this village for transportation of  passengers.

Services such as paying utility bills such as water, electricity, gas and telephone are provided at Bisheh Village Post Bank. In addition, in order to provide services to tourists and villagers, an ATM machine has been installed in this center.

In Bisheh village, two educational centers provide services to girls and boys in the first and second primary and secondary levels in the morning and evening shifts. Also, the educational and cultural center of Bisheh railway station has a meeting hall for holding conferences and ceremonies.

In order to ensure the security of tourists and local people in the village of Bisheh, the police station of the railway station and Basij popular resistance base are active, and if needed, the police capacity in Papi district is used.
